Michael MacManus, Broker-in-Charge
Mike has over 40 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with Fortune 50 Firms. Most recently he was First Vice President of Investment Sales with Marcus & Millichap from 2013 to 2021. In his position, he has been responsible for over $250 Million in Self Storage Sales in the Southeast.
Mike is licensed in NC / 277396; SC / 86205; and in GA / 330576. He is member of all the state Self-Storage Associations and sits on the Board of the NCSSA and the SCSSA.
He holds a Batchelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.

April has been in business for over 35 years. Her experience includes positions as Controller, Director of HR, and VP of Administration. She moved into Real Estate Brokerage in 2020 and has been working in Self-Storage sales since then.
